Fix Tailwind CSS Import in globals.css

Task Description

The current implementation of Tailwind CSS in src/app/globals.css uses an older import syntax. This task is to update the import to the new v4 syntax.

Instructions

Open src/app/globals.css.
Replace the old @tailwind directives with the new @import "tailwindcss"; syntax.
